We do not make a charge for shipping and handling on orders over £250 in the UK. We charge £12 on all orders under this amount in the UK. Owing to the high cost of shipping to mainland Europe we do make a charge of £70 for Hunter Ceiling Fans only per order. This is a flat fee regardless of how many ceiling fans you order. Other items will require a courier quote from us. Do ring or email for such a quote.
VAT is included in the prices and excluded for Norway, Switzerland and the Channel Isles
For companies in the EU that have a VAT number, we can deliver excluding VAT provided we have your VAT number
We do not send out brochures except for Hunter Ceiling Fans. Please contact us if you would like one
