Making A Purchase . Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. You can order online or ring us on 01483 275111. There is also an option online to pay by cheque or wire transfer to our bank.
Should we be out of stock of the item you ordered, we will endeavour to supply an alternative that meets the specification of the item.
PLEASE NOTE WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM ORDER OF £50 IN ORDER TO MAKE DELIVERY TO YOU. SHOULD YOU FORGET, WE WILL EMAIL YOU TO TOP UP YOUR ORDER. THIS APPLIES TO GARAGE STORAGE PRODUCTS ONLY.
Remittance Terms. We accept credit card payments. You can pay in Pounds Sterling. Your credit card company will charge you in your local currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Solo, Maestro and Paypal.
Cancellation. You may cancel your order at any time between the day the order is placed and the end of the 7th working day following the day on which your goods are received. Please note that, when returning rejected goods for a refund after a 7 day period from receipt, the package must not be opened and the customer is responsible for the cost of return freight. We will refund your money within 30 days of cancellation. Any returns outside of this period may, at the company's discretion, be accepted in which case delivery, administration and credit card charges to the customer will be levied.
Faulty goods may be rejected within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, after which their return will be requested.
Shipping And Handling. As part of our commitment to excellent service and value, we do not make a charge for shipping and handling on orders over £250 in the UK. We charge £12 on all orders under this amount in the UK. Owing to the high cost of shipping to mainland Europe we do make a charge of £70 for Hunter Ceiling Fans only per order. This is a flat fee regardless of how many ceiling fans you order. Other items will require a courier quote from us. Do ring or email for such a quote.
Delivery Schedule. We attempt to deliver your order right away. You will normally receive your order within 14 days or sooner, except 21 days for fire suites. European orders are generally received in less than 21 days. Should you not receive your order within these time limits, please contact us.
Back Orders. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges . For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. Our VAT number is 832 9276 11. VAT is included in the prices and excluded for Norway, Switzerland and the Channel Isles. For companies in the EU that have a VAT number, we can deliver excluding VAT provided we have your VAT number. If your country is outside of the EU, VAT will be deducted automatically at the checkout.
Credit Card Security . Your credit card payment is taken by Protx or Paypal. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach the payment providers' computers. They are not held in clear text on any web site, nor are they ever seen by Trigger Comfort Ltd.
